We are seeking a driven and experienced hands on Foremen to manage the day to day site operations to ensure that the project deadlines are met and that subcontractors are being managed effectively. As a Foreman you will be reporting into the Site Manager on site and oversee all aspects of work, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard by effectively organising and managing the site activities.


•    Liaising with various staff and senior stakeholders such as Sub-contractors, Senior Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and design team.
•    Manage and motivate sub-contractors and labour.
•    Ensure high standards are up held at all times resulting in a high quality project completed on time, within budget and implemented within the required safety standards.
•    Planning out weekly work programmes as well as producing weekly reports on the progress of the project.
•    Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site.
•    Attending weekly team meetings.
•    Maintaining site records.
•    Managing and implementing of the Safety Management System.

Essential Requirements

•    Trade Qualifications.
•    Minimum of 5 + years’ experience as a General Foreman.
•    Great interpersonal skills and communication skills.
•    Understand all facets of modern construction techniques.
•    Solutions focused and driven.
•    Proven track record in residential / commercial projects.


We are seeking a confident, Senior Quantity Surveyor who is leaning towards Associate to join our North West London office. Joining as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for running a range of high-end retail projects across the south east. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered the chance to become an Associate after 6 months.

Essential Requirements

  • MRICS, or equivalent experience

  • Previous retail project experience (ideal)

  • Able to lead client accounts

  • Good communication skills

  • Excellent pre and post contract ability

  • Bank facing

 We are looking to add to our current project team to help with the huge increase of upcoming handovers and a new phase already arriving in its 1st fix stage.

The role will involve overseeing the works on a range of apartments from 1st and or 2nd fix, through to CML. You will be overseeing between 10-15 apartments at any given time so previous experience of similar responsibilities is essential.

Your day to day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery. Progress reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.

You must be immediately available and have proven experience of delivering residential apartments from 1st fix through to CML.

Assistant Site Manager position to work on a high end new build residential project. The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for managing subcontractors in line with Scope of Works and provide feedback for future projects. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the ideal candidate will have external and internal new build site experience. You will be responsible for ensuring drawing specification and contract documents are adhered to, and the highest standards of quality and workmanship are maintained.

The project you will be Assistant Site Manager for is a new residential development in South East London consisting of a mix of private Residentials and Commercials.

Essential Requirements

  • You will have a minimum of 2-3 years site experience.

  • The Assistant Site Manager will have proven experience of seeing a task through to completion.

  • Your ability to communicate with people at all levels is essential along.

  • Being highly organised and meeting project deadlines is an essential part of the Assistant Site Manager role.

  • Appropriate CSCS card.

  • SMSTS certificate.

  • First Aid at Work certificate.
